This request for anonymity was submitted to the European Court of Human Rights by fax to +33 390214350 on October 31, 2022, at 17:06:23 (GMT), or November 01, 2022, at 01:06 (am) Beijing time.

My request for anonymity was approved by the European Court of Human Rights on November 02, 2022. However, I didn’t receive the notification by email they claim to have sent me on that day. I was therefore notified for the first time about this decision on February 16, 2023.
